Trading Development Expert
1. Develop and implement trading strategies and systems to maximize profitability and minimize risk.
2. Conduct quantitative analysis and research to identify trading opportunities.
3. Monitor financial markets and stay updated on market trends and developments.
4. Analyze and interpret market data and trading patterns to make informed trading decisions.
5. Collaborate with traders and other stakeholders to develop and refine trading strategies.
6. Conduct backtesting and simulation to evaluate the performance of trading strategies.
7. Monitor and adjust trading strategies based on market conditions and performance analysis.
8. Develop and maintain trading models, algorithms, and systems.
9. Collaborate with technology teams to implement trading systems and software tools.
10. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to trading.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Trading Development Expert or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management.
4. Proficiency in quantitative analysis and statistical modeling.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
7. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
8. Experience with trading platforms, market data feeds, and trading APIs.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders from different backgrounds.
