SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
1 Manage the AMS activities (Incidents, Bug Fixes, SP Upgrade and Problem Management) in the SAP HCM module.
2 Analyze Business requirements and provide solution to the Enhancements in the area of SAP HCM with custom solution. Make appropriate recommendations for suggested solutions.
3 Perform impact analysis on the existing functionalities due to the new enhancement and document the same and get approval from customer
4 Develop and test enhancement in the areas of SAP HCM area & Conduct End user training for the above developments
5 Completes development/support activities by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
