We are looking for Business Processing Associate to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.
Job Description:
- Assist in issuing policy contracts, endorsements, adjustments, and managing member movements.
- Compute premiums and handle experience refunds accurately.
- Ensure timely issuance of tax invoices, endorsement schedules, and medical cards.
- Communicate effectively with direct clients and intermediaries regarding employee benefits queries via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records and proper documentation.
- Provide administrative support, handle ad-hoc tasks, and ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements, including risk mitigation and awareness of industry trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels / 'A' Levels / Diploma in any field
- Strong time management, analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
- Task-oriented and collaborative team player.
- Proficient in mathematics and effective communicator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
