RGP is looking for two experienced IT Transition Managers to support a key project for a prominent foreign-based investment bank. This project will involve the transition of IT resources from Singapore to India. The successful candidates will play a critical role in designing, reviewing, and executing the transition plan.This is a 9 to 12 months contract role with potential for extension.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop and implement transition strategies for IT resources.
- Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transition processes.
- Conduct detailed reviews and assessments of current IT resources and processes.
- Identify potential challenges and develop solutions to mitigate risks during the transition.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Key Skills and Attributes for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT transition management.
- Proven experience in managing IT resource transitions, preferably within the financial sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
