Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Set individual and team sales targets, and monitor performance
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with marketing and product teams to drive lead generation and product enhancements
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other regional sales directors to share best practices and optimize sales strategies
- Stay current with industry trends, and competitors' products and pricing
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Director or similar senior sales role.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a geographic region
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed
