The office is located near Tai Seng MRT station (Circle line).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly management reports, group consolidation and financial reporting with accuracy and integrity.
- Perform month-end closing process including fixed assets report, reconciliation, revenue analysis, cash flow, and balance sheet. etc.
- Guide and coach the accounting/finance team including overseas subsidiaries.
- Manage cash flow and credit assessment & control.
- Review monthly consolidated forecasting vs actual for all entities.
- Liaise with auditor and prepare audit schedules quarterly.
- Review and approve quarterly GST filing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and above in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing sector and 2 years in supervisory capacity.
- Familiar with accounting best practice and standards, and ability to lead and coach team to drive operational excellence.
- Detailed-oriented, responsible and willing to learn new things.
- Good command of both English and Chinese(to liaise with overseas subsidiary Chinese speaking staff.)
