Responsibilities:
The Billing Supervisor will ensure the consistent operations of all billing related functions, to include timely and accurate month end close.
The Role:
Oversee the billing team members, their performance and team functions.
Billing jobs from agreed tariffs.
Suppliers are paid timely to prevent service interruptions and late fees.
Accurate coding and processing of supplier invoices.
Monthly reconciliations of supplier statements.
Reporting and other ad hoc duties as required.
