Responsibilities:
- Attend to service call(s) and to also ensure M&E Systems are operational including planning, reviewing, and proposing any improvement to existing M&E Systems
- Prepare tender and/or quotation specifications, reports and performs other related administrative works.
- To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the M&E consultant to ensure that the works are constructed to require quality and accuracy.
- To monitor progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.
- To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the M&E consultant.
- To maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, status of works, safety, site diary,materials and equipment on site, labour, dayworks, provisional quantities etc,
- To verify reports and claims submitted by contractors.
- To inspect and take over completed works.
- Any other duties assigned by the Manager or Management.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in M&E services and/or systems such as ACMV, Electrical and P&S, and have the necessary technical know-how to manage, operate and troubleshoot.
- Higher NITEC in Building Services, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experiences in managing M&E Systems in Grade “A” Commercial and/or Mixed Development Environment and able to handle stress and fast paced environment.
- Customer centric, service orientated and able to communicate effectively with people at various levels and contributes to cordial and cooperative interaction in teamwork situations.
- Positive mind-set, willing to take on challenges, proactive and self-driven with a desire for knowledge.
- Keen eye for details, driven, resourceful, analytical, and assertive.
- Able to perform shfit & weekend.
