Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- To perform receiving system transaction (JDE/dcLINK/Coupa) and weight count on materials where required.
- To file documents and receive goods from Suppliers.
- To move materials from one point to another and paste Receiving label.
- To perform general housekeeping and daily forklift maintenance per checklist.
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Responsible for compliance to EHS procedure and requirement.
- Responsible for compliance to cGMP and GDP requirement.
Qualifications/ Education:
- Sec 4/O/N/NITEC (NTC/ ITC) or equivalent
- Licensed forklift driving skill
Skill Set and/or Experience:
- Ability to drive lifting equipment such as forklift, reach truck etc
- Ability to carry out simple daily maintenance to lifting equipment
- Past working experience in warehousing or related industry
- Some basic EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) knowledge
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to read, write and understand simple English
