Job Description:
- Compile and finalize monthly financial statements, including the review of balance sheet schedules.
- Verify monthly bank reconciliations as part of the month-end closing procedures.
- Process cheque receipts and prepare necessary accounting entries as required.
- Calculate and record monthly ROU (Right of Use) assets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Review and forward monthly staff claims reports to offices in India and Croatia.
- Reconcile monthly vessel balances and prepare associated reports.
- Generate monthly accounts receivable aging reports for submission to the Group.
- Extract monthly financial reports post-closure for analysis of significant variances.
- Prepare year-end intercompany payment and contra entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Compile tax schedules for review by tax agents and ensure timely submission of tax computations and Form C.
- Prepare quarterly GST reports and submit them to IRAS (Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore).
- Manage the statutory audit process, including preparing the Company's reporting package, reviewing statutory financial statements, and coordinating with auditors.
Requirements
- Atleast 1 year full set accounts
- Experience in preparing management report & financial statements
- Software: Shipnet/ Eyeshare will be a plus, not necessary
