Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting and modification on Yokogawa supplied system including Centum, Prosafe, Stardom Fast/Tools, CI server, PRM, EXA packages and 3rd party product
- Configure and troubleshooting of network including routers, switches and firewall
- Configure and troubleshooting IT software including antivirus, backup software, whitelisting software, virtualization system etc.
- Provide technical support and consultation service to customers, SSO service sales and other departments
- Work closely with LSBD/YHQ Global Response Centre/Solution/Third-party providers to solve customers’ hardware/software related issue
- Provide 24 x7 x 4 standby support
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience with control system including DCS, SIS, SCADA, PLC, PRM, Exa packages, etc
- Experience in Virtualization technology (VMWare, Hyper-V, etc)
- Experience in network technologies (e.g. switches, routers, VPN, firewall, data diode)
- Experience in IT (e.g. antivirus, Windows update, active directory, backup/recovery)
- Able to multi-task and flexible in changing requirements with the ability to work independently
- Willing to travel to different customer sites around Singapore
