- Run the restaurant day-to-day, meeting sales and service goals.
- Build strong relationships with customers and handle their needs promptly.
- Lead and motivate staff to meet sales targets and satisfy customers.
- Create staff schedules and train staff on customer service and products.
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Manage costs, supplies, and inventory.
- Improve profitability and report to the Operations Head.
- Communicate clearly with customers, staff, suppliers, and authorities.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Atleast 4-6 years of expereince in F&B industry.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent people skills, with a focus on customer service.
