Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operation Admin to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing service orders, scheduling and product ordering etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Service Order
- Assist of maintaining the daily schedule for technicians.
- Order required products and materials
- Scan and digitize important documents for efficient record-keeping
- Assist with general administrative duties
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operation
- Inventory control and management
- Ensure consistent Inventory levels for stock items
- Updating Inventory System upon receipt of goods
- Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Min āNā level
Working Conditions:
Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park
Working hr: Mon-Fri 8:30pm to 6pm
