Client is a market research company. Looking for someone with accounting background. Willing to guide on HR and administrative matters.
Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Consolidation:
- Take on the financial consolidation of accounts across multiple branches.
- Ensure compliance with cross-border legal and financial tax frameworks.
- Prepare invoices, sales contracts, monthly financial reports, and profitability & cash flow reports.
Performance Evaluation & Reporting:
- Develop dashboards and financial metrics to evaluate business performance.
- Submit quarterly government statistics surveys.
Payroll & Employee Benefits:
- Process monthly payroll and employee claims using automated platforms.
- Administer employee leave and other benefits.
- Handle performance management, compute annual increments, and variable bonuses as per instructions from the Admin Manager and Management.
Operational & Administrative Support:
- Manage overseas branches' operational matters.
- Handle company travel arrangements and expatriate management administration issues.
- Oversee general office administration including flight reservations, stationery, and housekeeping issues.
HR Practices & Policy Development:
- Implement and develop good HR practices, policies, and desired work culture.
- Ensure HR practices and policies are aligned with the company's objectives.
Requirements:
- Miniumum Diploma
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in accounting
