Vacancy for Tally Clerk.
Job Competency Requirement :
1) To perform daily checks on cargoes assigned prior to delivery.
2) To report any fault / problem discovered during the checks before export.
3) Coordinating and monitoring import/export operations. Including stuffing & unstuffing.
4) Ensuring premises, assets and communications are used effectively.
(Via email, EDI or online receiving)
5) Utilizing logistics IT to optimize shipping and transport procedures.
6) Monitor latest / updated load plan (LCL / FCL), arrange connecting incoming containers and equipment to ensure they meet needs.
7) Plan and track the shipment of according to customer requirements.
8) Keep logs and records of warehouse cutting stocks, executed orders etc.
9) Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
10) Other duties as and when assigned by superior
