Duration: 1 year Contract under a Statutory Board
Location: Stadium
Salary: Basic up to $4,500
Working hours: Office hours
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with team members from the sports centres, head coaches and assistant coaches
- Assist in the overall process and documentation of hiring, assessment, deployment and development of coaches.
- Managing the monthly timesheets (verification, payment) for all coaches
- Forecasting and planning of the facilities bookings
- Support the transition phase between existing and future programme registration system
Looking for:
- Singaporeans only
- Min. Diploma holder/Degree holder in any relevant field of study
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience and/ track record in relevant areas, e.g. sport development, academy management related work is advantageous
- Experience in project management
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good organisational, management and administrative skills
