Handle daily purchasing operations.
Manage and support day-to-day sales / purchasing related administrative work.
Sourcing for marine/oilfield products.
Negotiate with suppliers on pricing and delivery requirements.
Prepare and submit quotations to clients.
Prepare Purchase and delivery orders.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the Marine industry or other industries with related purchasing experience.
Able to work independently and as a team and has good procurement and computer skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
Possess high initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent Team Player who is meticulous and efficient.
