Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to oversee our Food & Beverage division. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, drive operational excellence, and cultivate a culture of innovation and customer-centricity across all F&B outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the overall F&B strategy aligned with company goals.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion through strategic initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets,ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with standards.
- Establish operational policies and procedures tooptimize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Implement cost-control measures without compromisingquality or customer experience.
Financial Oversight:
- Develop and manage the F&B budget, includingrevenue forecasting, expense management, and profitability analysis.
- Analyze financial performance and prepare regularreports for executive management.
- Identify opportunities to enhance financialperformance through pricing strategies, menu engineering, and operational efficiencies.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing management team and staff.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure staff morale, productivity, and retention.
Guest Experience and Quality Assurance:
- Champion a culture of exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all F&B operations.
Marketing and Event Planning:
- Collaborate with marketing and event planning teams to develop promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.
- Enhance brand awareness and reputation through innovative marketing initiatives and community engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Managing Director or similar senior management role in the F&B industry.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving financial performance and operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinker with forward-looking business development and market trend analysis skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation (e.g., SERV Safe) is a plus.
