Job Description
- Responsible to manage Food Dept to enhance both trading business Build and expand logistics, business, and customer bases in the growing Asian market. Strengthen the talent base.and afiliated companiy's value.
- Responsible for achieving department's quantitative targets and addressing various qualitative issues outlined in the business plan and mid-term management plan.
- Responsible to assist Unit Operating Officer and other Food Dept in the region
- Responsible to build and expand customer bases and strengthen the talent base in the growing Asian market
Job Requirements
To have a good track record to be in manegerial position running a team for more than 10 members for more than 5 years
Job requires minimum 15yrs of experience to perform various functions listed below:
- Manage Food Trading business with good quality of risk management skill
- Provide pre-investment reseach and planning, investemetn execution and improvements post-investment
- Manage HR Development and Succession Planning of the Team in Singapore
- Support talent base with good coaching skill
Hard skills on:
- Food Trading in Asia Pacific region, Strategy building, Execution skills
- Project Management (New investment, Post-marger integration etc.),
- Insurance risk management (Liability, Cyber and Marine Cargo etc.)
- Fluent in speaking and written Japanese language, including experience working for a Japanese company
