Responsibilities:
· Technical support and troubleshooting on hardware, software and network matters
· IT Assets Management - maintain assets record such as laptops, mobile phones, servers, network device, user accounts and access etc for the company
· Handle general enquiries and administrative duties
· Liaise with vendors on procurement, etc
· Data entry into SAP
Requirements:
· Relevant IT Certifications
· With 1 to 2 years of experience
· Familiar with network equipment, desktop support and system administration
· Good interpersonal skills
