IT Assistant / Executive needed!!!

Location: Northeast
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm (Alternate Saturday)
Salary range: $1800-2500 (commensurate with experience)
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 support to teachers and staff
- Assist with teacher training on IT-related topics
- Provide classroom support for IT-related issues
- Maintain and support classroom equipment
- Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies
- Assist with user creation and termination
- Assist with PC setup and configuration
- Contact vendors as and when needed for IT support and services
- Travel to other campuses as needed for IT support
- Other duties as assigned
- Execute the work plans of the department to realize the organization’s objectives;
- To comply with EduTrust policies, procedures and documentations.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Understanding the basic components of a computer and computer connector type (e.g., CPU, RAM, hard drive, type-c, HDMI).
- Knowing how to set up and connect peripherals such as printers, scanners, and external drives.
- Proficient apple and android product.
- Familiar with hardware such as tablet, projector, interactive panel, AV system, VR and etc.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and adapt to new hardware/technologies.
- Able to work independently
- At least 1 year experience in the capacity of IT
- Able to work extended hours as and when necessary
