Salary: $2,800 - $3,200
Job Type: Contract – Immediate till 30 Nov 2024 (Cover Maternity)
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records and databases by coordinating between the office, vessels, and external parties.
- Assist in the implementation of company projects and upgrades, providing both administrative and IT support.
- Use Office 365, along with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other applications, to analyze data, prepare reports, and support administrative tasks.
- Support the preparation of ISO audits and Environmental Reports (EEOI, EMS, EnMS reports).
- Assist in activities related to Digital Transformation (DX) and Decarbonisation (GX) as required by Managers.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required by the manager.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree holder
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Good with numbers and analyse reports will be added advantage
- Team player with good communication skills and 'can do' attitude.
