Contract: Admin Assistant (Logistics Dept)

Remuneration: Negotiable based on skills and experience

Commitment: 6 months (negotiable)

  • Handle tasks related to bank transfers.
  • Collect import documents from bank
  • Assist in editing, modifying, and updating various documents as required.
  • Prepare payment vouchers.
  • Prepare insurance certificates and certificates of origin online.
  • Process BL telex release with shipping line.
  • Perform administrative work such data entry and e-filing of documents.
  • Assist in any other admin duties assigned.
  • Ensure data accuracy between source documents and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous and thorough in work.
  • 5 day work week (8 hours per day)
  • Location: Beach Road (near Bugis MRT)
