Contract: Admin Assistant (Logistics Dept)
Remuneration: Negotiable based on skills and experience
Commitment: 6 months (negotiable)

- Handle tasks related to bank transfers.
- Collect import documents from bank
- Assist in editing, modifying, and updating various documents as required.
- Prepare payment vouchers.
- Prepare insurance certificates and certificates of origin online.
- Process BL telex release with shipping line.
- Perform administrative work such data entry and e-filing of documents.
- Assist in any other admin duties assigned.
- Ensure data accuracy between source documents and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Meticulous and thorough in work.
- 5 day work week (8 hours per day)
- Location: Beach Road (near Bugis MRT)
