- Supervise and monitor the site labour force and the work of subcontractors.
- Resolve any or all other site related technical problems encountered.
- Report to management on the project's progress.
- Perform site coordination with operations, site managers and supervisors.
- Review and approve Risk Assessment for the project.
- Co-ordinate safety meetings.
- Identify work risks together with the operation manager, site manager and site personnel.
- Oversee quality control, safety and health matters on the site.
- Planning, implementing and monitoring the work schedule with the
- Required workforce according to the master and detailed work programmes.
- Assist in tendering, feasibility study, etc.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
