Job Description:
- Support SNs in patient’s individualised care plan
- Support with nursing procedures and nursing care (i.e. post-surgery care, medication administration)
- Provide general caregiving and personal care (i.e. companionship, assistance with activities of daily living)
- To ensure accuracy of all documentations related to patient care in the system.
Job Requirements: Min NITEC in Nursing & VALID SNB BCLS w min 3 yrs of related exp – acute ward OR homecare would be preferred
