About Migrant Workers' Centre (MWC)
Set up in 2009, the Migrant Workers’ Centre (MWC) is a bipartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF). The MWC is a non-government organisation whose mission is to champion fair employment practices and the well-being of migrant workers in Singapore.
Job Description:
- Carry out daily operation and management of training centre
- Plan and schedule course dates accordingly
- Liaise with Training Administrator on course curriculum development and identify associate trainers
- Responsible for customer service and corporate account relationships to ensure good service standards
- Monitor trainees’ feedback and evaluation on administration and facilities and follow up on corrective actions if necessary
- Other additional projects as assigned
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in any field
• Fresh Graduates welcome to apply
• Work experience in the government agencies will be an added advantage
• Good team player with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Report writing skills
• Time management skills
• Good organizational skills
• Customer focused and possessed strong communication and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work on weekends
Work Location
This role is primarily based at Migrant Workers' Centre Recreation Centre at 51 Soon Lee Road and may be required to work on alternative site.
