Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee projects from conception to completion;
- Work with projects team to develop project timelines, schedule and budget;
- Work with projects team to review project plans and specifications to ensurecompliance with prescribed installation methods;
- Work with projects team on drawings and Bills of Quantities;
- Work with projects team to ensure adherence to building, environmental andsafety regulations;
- Communicate with architects, designers, contractors and other parties toensure project success;
- Monitor project progress and work with internal and external stakeholders tomake adjustments where necessary to ensure timely completion;
- Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise;
- Provide technical advice to contractors according to clients’ design intent andgoals;
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, andother project-related materials;
