Deployment:
- Monday to Friday: 3 Shifts (Shifts will be decided by the school)
*6.00 am to 3.00 pm
*9.30 am to 6.30 pm
*12.00 pm to 9.00 pm
- Service Not reqired on Sat, Sun and gazetted Public Holidays
Scope of Works:
- To provide operations support for the smooth and effective operations of the school.
- To maintain the general cleanliness of the school including equipment(s) and workplace.
- To lock and unlock the doors of the classrooms and other rooms in the school.
- To open/close windows and doors of clsssrooms and other rooms in the school.
- To open and close the gates, doors of office and other buildings within the school premises
- To provide logistical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging furniture, equipment, refereshments, etc.
- To assist in the preparation of logistics and equipment.
- To help carry stock, furniture, etc.
- To relief other operatioins support officer.
- To perform any other duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-principals, Operations Manager or any other authorised officer.
Requirement:
- Ability to communicate in simple English.
- Physically and mentally fit.
- Preferably have some working experience in schools with job scope include cleaning and logistics.
