Project Description:
Client is one of the leading global investment bank and have recently gone live with new Singapore entity.
The role requires supporting risk reporting team where the individual team member will be responsible for ensuring the upload of input data into database and processing the same to generate risk related reports for consumption by credit risk/market risk /liquidity risk team.
Responsibilities:
- • Creating and enhancing dashboard risk reports (credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk) in POWERBI for use at various levels (branch level and HO level)
• Enhancing and maintaining daily data loader for reporting purpose
• Work with the UK based development team to implement the new reporting infrastructure
• Maintain / Update Python scripts to pick feed files (reference data and position / trade data) from shared location in xls/csv format or from servers (xml) and load in MS-SQL database
• Write and maintain stored procs to transform and enrich input data after it is loaded
• Create and maintain dashboard in PowerBI for the purpose of limit monitoring (market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk)
• Send limit utilization report on daily basis to the respective department like market risk team, credit risk team etc.
• Implementation / maintenance of scripts for stress testing (market risk, credit risk and liquidity risk) and get it reflected in stress limit monitoring report on PowerBI.
• Creation and maintenance of reports in PowerBI and send it to board of directors on weekly basis - limit utilization level at level 1
• Ensure the routine reporting process is implemented per design
• Support the Risk department to define and implement the reporting framework
• Create and maintain documentation
• Assist with maintaining and testing of the new reporting infrastructure
• Work with IT and RTB Support to investigate and resolve production issues where relevant
Mandatory Skills Description:
- • Prior experience in banking
• 3-6 years of overall experience out of which 1.5.+ years in PowerBI, VBA, SQL, Python
• Knowledge of Excel Macros and VBA
• Knowledge of SQL
