Job Description
· Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
· Prepare, review, coordinate with clients, consultants, project team members, sub-contractors and all relevant parties to discuss and resolve Project Management, Specifications and Technical Issues
· Manage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with high quality
· Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress, quality and safety
· Assist in completing the handover plan, ensuring documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with quality
· Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners
· Review proposed variations and delays in the works
· Schedule and coordinate project timelines
· Procure materials and equipment
· Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
· Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and clients
· Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met
· Keep accurate project documentation and reports
Job Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
- Understanding of Fire system
- Experience in LTA project will be good
- Possess necessary certificates to carry out the job
- Well-organised personnel and responsible working attitude
- No age limit so long fit and abled
