- Assist in creating traditional and modern Korean dishes, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food output.
- Source and manage quality Korean ingredients, maintaining inventory and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years specifically in Korean cuisine.
- Ability to communicate and understand basic English.
Compensation:
- Basic salary up to S$4,000 (depending on experience)
- Culinary allowance: S$110 (CDP) / S$160 (Sous Chef)
- 3-year culinary contract (not permanent)
