Our client, a Chinese firm within the Commodity Trading industry is currently seeking for an Executive Assistant to Director. As the firm is constantly expanding, the Executive Assistant will assist the Director by arranging the director’s daily affairs and schedule including travel arrangements, taking minutes of meetings and maintaining good relationships with key clients. The Executive Assistant will have to prepare with recruitment and/or payroll duties

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 4 years of working experience in handling EA/PA/Secretary duties with upper management
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English & Mandarin as this role is required to attend meetings with Chinese speaking clients
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (including MS Excel)
- Prior working experience in HR functions such as recruitment is ideal
- Meticulous and organized individuals who can meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- A candidate with Class 3 or 3A driving license is a strong advantage
