1. Experienced in block assembling on jobsite and assembly of large diameter (diameter more than12 meters) accessible cutterhead.
2. Experienced in welding and assembling the accessible cutterhead into a whole on site.
3. Experienced in large-diameter TBM tail (diameter bigger than 12 meters), block assembly and welding, and be able to use the welding technical requirements. To ensure that the welding deformation of the TBM tail is within the requirements after welding is completed.
4. The welder is capable of welding in all positions, especially tilting welding.
5. The welder is capable of welding full penetration welds to ensure that the welding results can meet the UT B2 flaw detection qualification.
6. Have the skills to polish hinged ring welds to ensure that the joint surface is smooth after welding is completed.
7. Able to understand WPS (welding procedure specification) and welding drawings, and be able to weld according to the requirements of the drawings.
