Responsibilities
Development of Technology Roadmap
- Support the planning and implementation of the technology roadmap in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain use case and technology catalog.
- Design, develop, and maintain an ecosystem of technology and innovation partners in collaboration with stakeholders.
Work Processes Management, Pain Points Identification
- Define methodology and detailed work processes to continually measure performance and project ROI.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders to gather data and develop insights on critical pain points.
- Perform data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and system impediments.
Technology Solution Deployment
- Leverage data analysis and facilitate brainstorming workshops to develop practical and sustainable solutions.
- Provide project management support with operation teams to implement solutions.
- Monitor performance improvements post-deployment and ensure a smooth handover to the production team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- 3-5 years (Junior) / 5-10 years (Senior) of experience in Management Consulting, Business Process Re-engineering, ICT Consulting, Process Innovation, or Business/System Consulting.
- Technical skills in process innovation consulting projects, IT/OT system development projects.
- Deep understanding of the discrete manufacturing industry.
- Technical skills in data analysis or Business Intelligence (B.I.) Implementation
