Job Description:
Support the team in Total Performance Management and Promotion Exercise
Provide support in compensation and benefits activities
Assist in compensation and benefit surveys
Assist in other day-to-day operations
Participate in HR projects and tasks as required
Job Requirements: Min Degree in Accountancy / Business / Human Resources or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant C&B experience, preferably in public sector/healthcare
