- Plans and designs curriculum training content for the training modules specific to the brand programme to develop educators for effective curriculum implementation
- Develops and assists in the setting up learning environments particular to the brand for new centres; improves learning environments particular to the brand for exisiting centres
- Conduct training that is effective and engaging to develop teachers to be competent classroom facilitators
- To design feedback forms that measure effectiveness of the training
- To evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum implementation into quality teaching and learning practices
Requirement:
- Requires minimally a Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Primary Education
- Demonstrates knowledge in the latest trends in early childhood education and ministry initiatives and guidelines
- Possesses basic leadership and coaching skills and ability to be an effective faciliator
- Possesses at least 2 years of experience in curriculum writing and design
- Creating, Imagining & Innovating
- Flexibility in thinking
