Duration: 3 months
Location: International Business Park
Working hour: 5 days office hour
Job Description:
-Talk to customers on the phone, email, or in person.
-Make quotes for tests and inspections.
-Check and sort out all the details for test samples.
-Arrange test times and handle sample delivery and pickup.
-Keep an eye on the workflow to meet deadlines.
-Write up test reports.
-Watch over payments for test reports.
-Put reports and documents on the MEC portal.
-Answer customer questions quickly and solve their problems.
-Send tricky issues to the right person.
Requirement
-Min. GCE O Level/ Diploma
- Able to commit 3 months or longer
