Responsibilities:
Evaluate the market needs and opportunities for key accounts in assigned verticals.
Determine the prevalent trends, dynamics, and market movements by analyzing customer needs.
Develop sales proposals documents.
Perform basic risk assessments.
Ensure that operational policies, standards, and procedures are implemented.
Resolve customer relationship management conflicts.
Analyze customer data and identify requirements to enhance customer relationships.
Regularly updated client with the latest information.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least full A levels/ Diploma/ Degree
• Highly driven and motivated individuals aged 21 and above
• Strong personal presence and credibility, complemented by excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
