Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Manager cum CAD Design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions and managing CAD design projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards, as well as conducting audits for various vessel classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office management.
- Manage and coordinate CAD design projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Conduct ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 audits, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Perform audits for various vessel classes, ensuring adherence to maritime regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement administrative and CAD design policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide training and support to staff on administrative and CAD-related tasks.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative management and CAD design project management.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards and audit processes.
- Experience with audits for various vessel classes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.
