Job Scope:
- Evaluate market demands and opportunities within designated verticals for key accounts.
- Assess customer requirements to identify prevalent trends, market dynamics, and shifts.
- Create sales proposals and tender documents.
- Produce sketch prototypes, visualizations, and mock-ups to aid in design advancement.
- Conduct basic risk evaluations.
- Implement operational policies, standards, and procedures.
- Provide administrative assistance for project management tasks.
- Resolve conflicts in customer relationship management.
- Analyze customer data and requirements to enhance customer interactions.
- Coordinate logistics services to meet client specifications.
- Recommend strategies to address gaps and weaknesses in supply chain operations.
- Design and execute plans for innovative logistics solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends relevant to logistics operations.
- Review and assess the suitability of the newest technology trends for integration into logistics business practices.
