Admin Assistant (Printing) - Dover

Gain Employment Services Pte. Ltd.

Contract Period: From 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 with Option to Extend for another year


Working hours:

· Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1-hr lunch break

· Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays


Scope of Services:

· Provide service in photocopying, printing, collating, binding and making of booklets;

· Ensure the general cleanliness of the Printing Room and the Printing Store Room;

· Operate and maintain office equipment, such as photocopiers, duplicators, and collators, in the Level 1 and Level 2 printing rooms;

· Provide administrative support to the General Office, including tasks like counter duties, answering phone calls, filing, and assisting with school events


Qualification, Skill & Experience:

· Proficient in English as a medium of verbal and written communication

· Know how to operate photocopiers, duplicators & collators

· 2 years of experience in printing and administrative work

· 2 years of experience working in a school environment
