Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager, Fixed Assets, in overseeing the Fixed Asset Operation, including reviewing the accounting entries, month-end reports, printing of assets tag, preparing the accounting schedules.
- Review, standardize, and streamline Fixed Asset capitalization processes to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct asset verification exercises (AVE) and implement process controls for accurate and timely recording and maintenance of Fixed Assets.
- Generate management reports on Fixed Assets, addressing ad-hoc queries.
- Handle audit queries related to Fixed Assets and ensure all audit-related activities are conducted in accordance with established standards.
Key Requirements:
- Only Singaporean.
- Degree in Finance/ accounting or any related field.
- Minimum 2-year experience in Finance role preferably in Fixed Asset Management will be a plus.
- Experience and knowledge in using SAP will be a bonus.
