Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) and ESS (Energy Storage Systems) markets.
- Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Technical Support: Offer technical expertise and detailed product knowledge to clients.
- Presentation and Proposal Preparation: Create and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, ideally within the energy storage industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of BESS/ESS products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel across the Southeast Asian region as required.
