The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting and managing the services of the Singapore office to ensure that facilities are well-maintained and administrative functions run smoothly. Based in Singapore Science Park, this role involves being the first point of contact for incoming communications, handling office support responsibilities such as catering and facilities management, coordinating logistics and distribution, and managing health insurance and other essential services for the Singapore entities. Additionally, the Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, managing IT and telecommunications infrastructure, composing and editing correspondence, and ensuring the office remains professional and orderly.
skills and experience required
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an administrative role and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, and experience with QuickBooks is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
