- Provide admin support for shipping projects such as order processing, preparation of shipping documents, invoices, purchase orders , import/export documents, etc
- Scheduling and coordination of all administrative and logistics related matters
- Liaise with vendor for custom license declaration
- Data entry, fillings & general administrative duties
Requirement:
- GCE O level & above
- Welcome entry level - Training Provided
- Mandarin speaking - to liasie with chinese associates
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 5 days work (8am to 5pm) in Tuas area
- Salary $2000 - $2500
