Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounts, including bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable duties.
- Administer monthly payroll processing and CPF submission.
- Ensure adherence to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax, and GST regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and proper filing systems.
- Assist in management reporting and tax compliance.
- Coordinate with banks for block discounting and floor stock matters.
- Facilitate external audit processes and prepare necessary schedules.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
- Conduct monthly intercompany reconciliation.
- Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax, and GST regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly committed, responsible, independent, and a team player.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
