Job Scope
- Work together with team members to achieve sales target
- Promoting the company’s services and products to customers.
- Exposure to a diverse range of aesthetic treatments for face, body, skin, slimming, hair removal, hair growth, teeth whitening etc
- Provide high standards of customer service
- Recommend services and treatments to patients, based on their needs and doctors' input.
- Follow up with patients on their treatments and remind them of their treatments
- Managing patient's inquiries and complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Requirement:
- Min. 5 years of experience in Aesthetics / Beauty or related industries
- Service-oriented with self-motivation for achieving sales targets
- Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work rotating shift
