Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications
- Assist in BIM data in compliance with project requirements and ensuring all drawings adhere to specific building codes and regulatory standards.
- Assist in creating and maintaining the project template files to ensure standards
- Coordinate with other departments and engineers to manage and resolve clashes
- Liaise with sub-contractors
- Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
- Review and revise the current revision status
- Compiling of As-built drawing upon project completion
- Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
- Detailing and documentation of working drawing
- Check on-site to ensure that architectural works are carried out according to the construction drawings
- Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Architectural
- Fresh Diploma/Degree Graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant architectural field in the construction
- Familiar in AutoCAD, BIM (Revit)
- Familiar with Singapore Building’s Codes of Practices and Regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good team player and possess good interpersonal skills
- Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently
- Having experience in healthcare projects would be a bonus and advantageous.
- Willing to work in the site office.
