We are looking for Financial Planning & Analysis Executive to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.
Job Description:
- Support financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate on the development of annual business plans and growth strategies.
- Analyze financial trends to mitigate risks related to investment and expenditure decisions.
- Prepare management reports to assist in decision-making for business partners and stakeholders.
- Investigate and explain discrepancies between actual and budgeted figures.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including processing customer claims and vendor invoices.
- Monitor accounts receivable and prepare aging reports.
- Verify the accuracy of customer collections and payments.
- Promote a collaborative, accountable, and continuously improving culture by implementing best practices and innovative tools for enhanced data analysis and reporting.
- Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in relevant disciplines such as Accountancy / Business
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in accounting/audit/ fp&a will be advantageous
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Powerpoint
- Experience in JDE system and Oracle HFM system will be a plus
