JOB DESCRIPTION
· Evaluating auto loan applications and assessing creditworthiness
· Explaining auto loan options and terms to applicants
· Reviewing financial documents and credit histories
· Collaborating with underwriters to process loans
· Ensuring compliance with lending regulations
· Monitoring and managing auto loan portfolios
· Assisting clients with loan-related enquiries
· Building and maintaining relationships with clients
· Liaise with customers, sales executives, financial institutions, relationship managers and other stakeholders for successful loan submission, disbursement and repayment with accurate loan documents and other loan related matters
· Perform operations work from processing of loan requests to successful disbursement and repayment of loans
· Oversee overall loan procedure, updating processes to maximise efficiency to all stakeholders and align to latest relevant legislation
· Update loan data in systems and maintain records of loan transactions, including general record keeping and filing duties
· Provide internal stakeholders with necessary loan support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills Required
· Minimum Diploma holder and above
· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
· Team player with positive work attitude
· Meticulous and able to multi-task
· Prior experience in automotive industry is mandatory
